What should I bring to a training session?

You should wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Be sure to bring your water bottle and a towel, basketball shoes, and a basketball. We provide basketballs, but we highly recommend bringing your own. True hoopers always carry their basketball shoes and a ball in their bags!

Do I need to be experienced in basketball?

We offer training programs for all levels, from beginners, intermediate, advanced, elite, and pro. First, consult with our professional coaching staff, and then sign up for an athlete assessment and evaluation session to get started!

What are the benefits of performance training?

Our performance training program is designed specifically for basketball. The program includes elements such as change of pace, coordination & balance, stability & strength, power & explosiveness, and braking ability. Through our periodized off-season training, you will not just be stronger, but you will also become an efficient mover to stay healthy and improve your performance on the court.
